Takedown Competition Information and Rules

Below you will find the registration forms.  Please fill them out and make payment to secure your spot in the tournament.  The registration fee is $25 per person.  We are only allowing 10 online registrations and 10 walk-ins.  We will close the online registration for that division after 10 people have registered.  On the day of the tournament we will allow 10 more per division to register.  This means only 20 fighters per division, no exceptions.  We will not add any more divisions.  If you have any questions please txt me at 661-201-3346 Thank you.  There will be no refunds.

Adults only: Win your division win the division pot!

Adults will have an absolute division and trophy (day of tournament registration).

Kids: 1st place medals will be awarded

Rules

• Kids Weigh in 8:30am
• Kids start at 9am
• Adults weigh in 3:00pm
• Adults start at 3:30pm
• Single elimination
• All Takedowns allowed
• All matches will be 3 min.
• You must control your opponent for 3 seconds on the ground after a takedown.  If your opponent gets back to their feet before 3 seconds the match continues.
• Sudden death if we don’t have a winner
• Sudden death, first person to hit the mat loses
• Sudden death will be a 1 minute overtime (refs decision)
• No slamming on the head or spine (spiking)
• No submissions
• No Neck Cranks
• Everyone must be respectful before and after the match
• Anyone not following these rules will be Disqualified!
